Reap the benefits of a 24-hour cycle
One of the most commonly accepted advantages of offshoring is the possibility of reaping the benefits of a 24-hour development cycle.
At Thomas and Alex, we work in two shift timings to match the U.S. East Coast working time.
Shift 1: 11.00 AM- 8.00 PM IST
Shift 2: 7.00 PM- 4.00 AM IST
There are two advantages to our work schedule:
- We work during your night time. The completed work is then put in a common folder. When we retire for the day and you get to work, you will be able to pick up where we left off. This way you‘d be optimizing the strengths of different time zones.
- Depending on your need, we synchronize our time to suit you. We have predetermined window times for communication and are willing to co-ordinate our shifts to suit you.
Either way, our schedules are designed to ensure that you get the maximum advantage. We co-ordinate the timings of the team working on your project, making sure they‘re available whenever you need them.
