Social responsibility

Social responsibility is an important policy with our company. Our social responsibility initiatives make us a company which is more focused on its vision of “Transforming peoples for the glory of God”. Some of our initiatives were:

Visit to Vatsalya:

Vatsalya is an orphanage which also caters to young shelter less mothers. We planned our Independence Day celebration at this avenue last year. This was an important occasion for us where we interacted with children and mothers.

We planned our games session and lunch together. This was done especially with the view of bringing about greater connectedness among us. The children had a fun day . We also got into an introspective session where we discussed our future initiatives about bringing a greater change in their lives. Thereby this gave us a chance to see a completely different dimension of life bringing us closer to our vision of “transforming peoples”.

Plantation of saplings:

This was part of our environment friendly initiative. Thomas and Alex is situated in a quiet surrounding. We have enough of space nearby where we felt we could plant saplings. This was done to bring the pollution down as well as with the bigger picture of keeping our environment safe and pollution free to foster a earthier and nature friendly work environment.

People Initiatives:

Some of our employees are also involved personally, with initiatives, which they perceive are essential for an individuals’ more holistic development a well as providing more meaning to their lives.
