Led by Vice President, Finance & HCM Thomas Parackal, team T&A is a bunch of enthusiastic and well qualified financial professionals with several years of experience & expertise in the field of finance, banking and information technology. The team comprises of financial experts including accountants, bookkeepers, tax professionals, analysts & consultants; all well trained in financial process outsourcing.This team is additionally complemented by a strong team of IT professionals to ensure system security and continuous operability.

Thomas Parackal - VP Business Development

Thomas leads T&A’s operations and is one half of Thomas and Alex management team. Thomas is well-versed in all aspects of finance and is the vision behind the business model, strategies and implementation processes at Thomas and Alex. An engineer with top academic scores and experience in customer support with Birla Technologies and GE, Thomas currently manages all of T&A’s assets, and includes both Talent Engagement and Finance.

Rufus Rajaratnam - Project Manager

Rufus brings his management foresight to direct the financial services team. His rich experience in various work positions with ICICI gives him the dynamism and vision to improve and implement process changes. His job profile included responsibilities like managing teller services, cash management, customer service, cross selling, audit and compliance and overall branch management. He has been a leader of small and medium sized teams at different points of time. At Thomas & Alex, he has successfully implemented the “5 S” a Japanese principle of bringing order and improving process.

Ponnamma M R - Manager HCM

Ponnamma is involved in the entire gamut of managing people activities. Her tasks include: talent acquisition and retention; people/capability management involving building team efficiency and managing people information systems; Productivity management involving competency profiling and mapping, includes appraisals; creating compensation and benefits packages; and training and development. Ponnamma holds a Post graduate in Social work specialized in Human Resource Development and Personnel Management from School of Social Work, Mangalore University.
